Modafinil blocks DAT and leads to a rise of dopamine during the animals and human brain such as the nucleus accumbens, thus inducing the exact same reaction as other waking medications [forty five,49,52]. A rise of dopamine inside the nucleus accumbens could be linked to drug abuse. The results in t
